The Security and Access Management System is a powerful tool enabling any “large” security management system to be built. Despite of its unlimited extension capability and performance of complicated tasks, the system is user friend and easy to use in everyday operation. This can be proven as follows:

a) the operator’s work is based on facility plans presented graphically on the monitor screen in the form of maps (buildings, floors, areas);

b) each facility under control is marked in the map with a icon (subject) indicating the current task being carried out (door opening, light switching on etc.);

c) all subsystems actions are immediately interpreted graphically on the screen. The actions requiring to be acknowledged are displayed with additional request for approval.

d) any alarm event is immediately indicated with an alarm message, sound message and request for acknowledgement by the operator.

e) remote control of system actions (door opening, video viewing, air-conditioning start etc.) consists in moving mouse cursor on appropriate icon in the map and clicking on it. For actions requiring to be acknowledged, an appropriate message with request for acknowledgement is displayed.

f) should the system is connected to the site voice system, any informative or alarm message can be transmitted to any site zone.
