Recording the events (in particular, those requiring the operator’s acknowledgement or approval).

The events are recorded in real time through executive computers that collect information from individual controllers. All the events occurred in the system are recorded, for example pushbutton pressing, card approach, access permit, light switching on. operator’s logging in, device failures, communication interruption.

Each event is recorded with its location, date and time (hours, minutes and seconds). This refers also to operations that require the operator’s intervention. In that case, the code of the operator who acknowledged alarm or took specified steps is recorded.

The events are recorded on external computers (servers) in the database in chronological order. The data recorded are assigned the status of Read-Only, thus can be only viewed by the operator.
